1975: Distillato Stravecchio Di Vino – Villa de Varda

The distillate of the 1975 wine is one of the best products of the Villa de Varda. It has an intense amber color with golden reflections. The perfume, extremely fine and of a great aromatic richness, reveals a distillate with a delicate and harmonious taste and an authoritative persistence. The bottle is presented in a refined pinewood box.

Intense amber in colour with golden highlights, the bouquet is exceptionally rich aromatically and sensationally refined, pleasantly marked by notes of raisins, with toasted hints of hazelnut, cocoa, coffee, amaretto, vanilla and yeast.
The palate is very refined and smooth, enhanced by many aromatic nuances—delicate, harmonious, round, mellow, rich—with pronounced walnut notes and an authoritative, almost endless finish.

Enjoy in a large balloon glass at 18–20°C with dark chocolate, cheese, dried fruit with honey.
Can be used in cooking with meat and pastries.
