Grappa Stravecchia nonno Giovanni is the result of a unique tradition, that of the Dolzan family. For generations, they have passed on from father to son a selection of quality grappa, to give continuity to the work of the company, which is above all a family. The Grappa Stravecchia Grandpa Giovanni of the Family Reserves line is presented in a wooden box and accompanied by a numbered and hand-signed technical sheet by the master distiller Luigi Dolzan.

This grappa Villa de Varda is elaborated from the marc of Pinot Noir and Teroldego of Trentino. A reserve grappa with a warm and intense aroma, which is already evident in its light color, tending towards deep gold. The full, harmonious and velvety taste caresses and involves even the most demanding palates.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Pinot Nero, Teroldego

APPEARANCE: reflections tending towards deep gold, welcoming and clear.

BOUQUET: warm, fine, intense, delicate, suggestive, involving, with a splendid olfactory concert of roasted almonds, coffee, cocoa, amaretto, fresh pastries, walnut jam, honey, very ripe red fruits, enriched with floral notes.

TASTE: velvety, inviting, ample, soft, harmonious, enveloping, sensual, refined by the scent of nuts, vanilla and tea, with great elegance, sweetness and aromatic intensity.

Can be used in cooking to deglaze meat and poultry. Perfect accompaniment to desserts, dried fruits and mature cheeses.
