The distillate of the 1975 wine is one of the best products of the Villa de Varda. It has an intense amber color with golden reflections. The perfume, extremely fine and of a great aromatic richness, reveals a distillate with a delicate and harmonious taste and an authoritative persistence. The bottle is presented in a refined pinewood box.

Intense amber in color, with golden highlights, the bouquet is of excellent aromatic richness and sensational finesse, pleasantly characterized by raisin notes, with toasty hints of hazelnut, cocoa, coffee, amaretto, vanilla and yeast.
The taste is very refined and sweet, enhanced by numerous aromatic varieties, delicate, harmonious, round, soft, rich, with important nutty notes and authoritative, almost infinite persistence. Enjoy in a large “balloon” glass at a temperature of 18-20 degrees with dark chocolate, cheese, dried fruit and honey.
Can be used in cooking with meat and pastries.
