Tenute Olbios

Tenute Olbios is located in the north-east of the country of Sardinia, in the sub-region of the Gallura.

Daniela Pinna personally looks after the vineyards, which she has partly renovated, keeping alive and enhancing the old, native varieties.
The principles applied in the field are inspired by natural culture. The objective is to make wines as pure as possible, in order to obtain wines that transmit a deep connection with the land of origin and to protect the environment and the microfauna and microflora that inhabit it.
The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of Vena Fiorita, Sussula and Piscolvei, soils consisting mainly of granitic sand with a slight presence of clay.
Granite is a rock composed mainly of minerals such as quartz and lead.
feldspars which characterize the minerality of its wines.
