A full-bodied and important wine made from pure Vermentino grapes, fruit of long aging -10 years! This wine characterizes the constant research that the Olbios winery likes to do to capture and extrapolate the qualities and evolutionary potential of this grape variety.
Great olfactory complexity, dominated by balsamic and tertiary scents. Mainly honey, dried nuts, figs and dates.
Dry on the palate, with a very long finish.
