Barolo Pressenda DOCG 2016 – Marziano Abbona

Pressenda is a spectacular vineyard – average age of the vines is 42 years – that overlooks the castle of Serralunga, in the municipality of Monforte d’Alba. A wine suitable for a long evolution in the bottle, it is pleasantly born thanks to a natural acid component that refreshes the palate. With a remarkable structure and mouthfeel, it develops flavors of mint, violet, raspberry and spices. In the mouth, it is solid and persistent. Able to stand the test of time, it goes well with important dishes. Serve at 18° C after bringing the bottle to a temperate environment 24 hours before consumption.
