Grappa Pinot Nero Riserva Barricata – Villa de Varda

Grappa Pinot Nero Riserva is produced from selected marc of Pinot Nero, one of the noblest and most historic grape varieties in the world, which finds a suitable soil in Trentino. This Pinot Nero Riserva grappa is a true excellence, so much so that over time it has become a flagship of Villa de Varda. Matured in oak, acacia and cherry barrels. APPEARANCE: intense amber, tending towards golden yellow. BOUQUET: frank, warm, sunny, toasted, with clear notes of cocoa, coffee, vanilla and nuts, pleasantly characterized by fruity nuances of marasca cherry, blackcurrant and red fruits. TASTE: persistent, sweet, aristocratic, generous, broad, characterized by great natural aromatic richness and toasty notes of bread crust, almond, spices, cocoa, walnut stain and coffee, with a broad, harmonious bouquet.
